It is unsurprising then that the young winger is attracting plenty of attention from some of Europe’s biggest club’s. The Red Devils would be wise to do all they can to bring him to Old Trafford.

If interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could lure Bergwijn to Old Trafford, then such a signing would make for a fine legacy of his time in charge of United.
