Manchester United unveiled their new Adidas kit for the 2017-18 season today, and it has received a mixed reaction from fans.
The red strip has been doing the rounds for some time, so supporters were not overly surprised when the club announced it on their official Twitter page.
New signing Victor Lindelof has been joined by Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard in the club’s promotional shot for the new strip.
The difference this season is that the top has a buttoned-up collar and three white stripes across the shoulders.
Jose Mourinho’s side will wear the new kit for the first time in the United States when they take on LA Galaxy on July 15 during their pre-season tour.
With the new season just over five weeks away now, fans are gearing themselves up for the battles that lie ahead.
The launch of the new kit has been met with approval from plenty of fans, but there are some who are not quite convinced.
